We can ship prepay and add (add the freight to your order) or collect (you pay the carrier when they bill you) using your account number.

UPS International Shipping Methods

We will only ship or international order with UPS if you supply us with your UPS shipping account number and pay for all shipping, duties and taxes to UPS when they bill you.

• UPS Standard Collect (Ground Service to Canada only)

FedEx Domestic Shipping Methods in the US

We can ship prepay and add (add the freight to your order) or collect (you pay the carrier when they bill you) using your account number.

• FedEx Priority Overnight (P-1)
• FedEx Standard Overnight
• FedEx 2nd Day
• FedEx Saver
• FedEx Ground

We will only ship or international order with FedEx if you supply us with your FedEx shipping account number and pay for all shipping, duties and taxes to FedEx when they bill you.

• FedEx International Priority Collect
• FedEx International Economy Collect

Other International Options

If you would like to have your items shipped internationally and do not have a UPS or FedEx account number, we can ship via USPS International Priority Mail.

In order to simplify shipping charges, we charge a flat rate for each service method. You will see the amount charged when you are on the order summary page while in the check out process. Selecting different shipping methods will reflect the changes in cost. In addition, if you choose the have your order shipped COD, there will be additional COD charges added to your order (the freight company charges them to us and we pass those along).

Order processing time

• All items in stock will be shipped the same day if placed before 3:00pm (Pacific Time)
  (Note: Quest Components ships Mon. - Fri.).
• Any items not in stock and quoted with a lead time will be processed and shipped as soon as we receive and inspect the parts.
• If an order contains both in stock and out of stock items, in stock items can be shipped immediately at customer request. However, an additional shipping charge will apply.

Transit times

• Note: Quest Components ships Mon. - Fri.
• Next Day Air orders will arrive the next business day (Time of delivery depends upon service type and location). See UPS or FedEx for more information.
• 2 Day orders will arrive on the second business day (by 6:00pm). See UPS or FedEx for more information.
• 3 Day Select orders will arrive on the third business day (by 6:00pm). See UPS or FedEx for more information.
• Ground orders the map below shows estimated transit times, but time in transit will vary.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do not currently ship to PO Boxes.
