Safety is the most important issue we face. In an effort to maintain safety to our employees and customers, we have implemented the following restrictions:

  • No in-person meetings, both onsite or at customer locations
  • No Will Call order pick-ups.
We are happy to conduct any meetings during this time by phone. We continue to ship normally with our carriers. Our representatives are available to discuss this further if you have additional questions.

Quest remains open and fully operational. We continue to ship material as promised based on your requirements. Our suppliers continue to operate normally as well. They are openly and actively communicating with us confirming their commitments to operating during these difficult times. Additionally, our regular carriers have confirmed they will be delivering your orders.

Most importantly, we have in-stock available-to-sell inventory. We are here to support critical industries that are in the process of ramping up production. We clearly understand the importance for you and all of the industries that rely on the electronic component supply chain, now more than ever.
