Checking an Order
We want to make sure you order and get the correct items. Therefore we provide you with three opportunities to check your order.
- Before you check out, you select the items you wish from your cart.
- When you go to the checkout your cart will be displayed.
- The evening of placing your order, an email will be sent to you with a complete summary of your order.
Tracking Shipping Status
When your order is shipped you will be sent an e-mail to let you know the order is on its way. In the body of the email,
there will be the tracking number from the carrier for your package. If you click on the tracker number, it is a link to the carriers site with tracking information for your order.
If for any reason you do not receive this e-mail please feel free to call us Toll Free at 1-800-445-4720 to check on your order. In addition, you can log into your account at any time to
view the status of your order(s) as they are being processed.
NOTE: Your tracking results may not be available for up to 24hrs.
