Quest Components Achieves A Higher Quality Standard

Quest Components, Inc. is excited to announce our recent advances in Quality as we have upgraded our Quality Management System from the old ISO 9001:2008 requirements to the new 2015 requirements. The new version of ISO 9001 was recently published in March 2016 and as of August 2017; Quest had already received our new Certificate.

Both, the fact the we achieved certification to the new standard and the speed in which we had accomplished this task, further validates our commitment to Quality, Continual Improvement and our commitment to Customer Satisfaction.

Quest Components is ANSI/ESD S20.20 Certified

We are excited to announce our recent advances in the pursuit of being the highest quality distributor of electronic components as we have completed our certification to the ANSI/ESD S20.20 Standard. This standard ensures that all components that are vulnerable to damage from electro-static discharge are handled with extreme care to prevent any damage to the components while in storage and in shipping. Our achievement to meeting this certification further validates our commitment to quality, continual improvement and our commitment to customer satisfaction. Counterfeit Mitigation Plan

Counterfeit components in the supply chain are an ever present risk to all who purchase electronic components. In an effort to protect our customers, we have implemented and follow a Counterfeit Mitigation Plan.

Counterfeit components are becoming harder to detect unless properly investigated since counterfeiters themselves are learning and adapting to production, manufacturing and testing techniques. Conducting the Marking Permanency Test on components by a certified inspectors to validate its authenticity is part of our Counterfeit Mitigation Plan.
